We are happy to ship to any address in the world. When you place an order, shipping is calculated based on your location and the shipping option you choose. You can select the level of cover you would like eg: tracking.
We have tried to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you so we have a range of options available please select carefully.
We ship via Australia Post 2-3 days after payment has been received. Please allow the following additional times for delivery.

Australian Shipping Options
Regular Post (NO tracking) - Approximately 5 business days
This is the cheapest method but remember there is no way to track your parcel.
Please be advised that we will not be held responsible for missing deliveries when NO TRACKING has been chosen. For peace of mind, we urge you please to choose from the other options provided here.
Parcel Post (Tracking Included) - 3-5 business days
Express Post (Tracking Included) - 1 business day

We ship via Australia Post and prices will vary for each country. This will be calculated at checkout. **some items if small eg: tea towel or apron, can be sent as a large letter and postage may be cheaper, please contact Ariella for a quote as we would like for you not to pay more for postage than the item.***
International orders can take anywhere between 5-14 business days.
International customers should note that all charges related to duties and taxes in the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We can also gift wrap your parcel if it is a gift and send a card also.
At Ariella we put a lot of effort into quality control so we will be surprised if you do need to return anything.
Please check our sizing chart before purchasing, as we do not refund or exchange for incorrect sizing choices.
You may return only new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.) we will also pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of sending your package back to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, resolve the issue, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
