Where are you Located?

Ariella is based in Melbourne Australia, however our products are available worldwide through our online store. We also sell at designer markets throughout the year, see the upcoming events page for more info.

 

Where are your clothes made?

Ariella makes everything in house. All Clothing is 100% designed and handmade in Australia, Ariella is accredited with Ethical Clothing Australia. ECA is a voluntary accreditation system that works with textile, clothing and footwear companies that manufacture in Australia to ensure their supply chains are transparent and all workers are receiving their legal entitlements. You can be totally confident that all products from Ariella are sweatshop free and 100% Australian made.

 

 

How do I know what size to buy?

Please use out Sizing Chart when working out sizing. Our patterns are drafted by hand and have been tested on real people, so you can feel confident that the size will be suitable. If you are buying a present for a child and are not sure what their measurements are, you can always go by the age or buy a size up.

 

What is your Privacy Policy?

What currency are your prices in?

All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) but product prices can be changed to display the following currencies: British Pounds, Canadian Dollars, Euros and US Dollars.

 

How often do your styles change?

We know you like variety so our fabrics change all the time. We are constantly producing new styles. This way your kids will always look unique. Sign up to our newsletter to stay in the loop, or you can follow us on social media. Click on the icons at the bottom of the site.

 

I bought something on your site a few months ago, but I can't find it now.

As we do limited runs, we can sell out of one a particular style quickly. You can contact us with a description of what you bought and we can try to see if the fabric is still available. We keep a record of everything that we make. We can also search for your previous order and suggest something similar.

 

How do I care for your garments?

All the garments are tested under a number of washing and drying conditions and we have chosen the best way to care for your garments. Please follow all the care instructions which are online and also supplied with your purchase. And please, if it says do not tumble dry, that means do not tumble dry.

 

If I order online is it secure?

Besides customer service, security is really important to us that is why we have invested in a full Extended Validation Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate, which is the highest level of authentication available among SSL certificates. You will notice your address bar will turn green when supplying sensitive or credit information. This information is transmitted via SSL technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers. Data sent via an SSL connection is protected by encryption, a mechanism that prevents eavesdropping and tampering with any transmitted data.

So, yes shopping with us is safe.

 

How do I pay?

You can pay by PayPal, Direct Deposit, Mastercard and VISA.

 

How long does it take to get my order?

Not everything is in stock some products are only available on pre-order, if you need something urgently please contact us before ordering. We ship within 2-3 days of receiving your payment and you should get it in about 5 business days for Australia and 5-14 business days for international orders.
